Basic Software Systems is seeking a highly organized and customer‑focused professional to manage key business services and customer implementation functions. This role serves as a central coordination point for ERP implementations, reseller purchasing activities, customer payment processing integrations, and fulfillment support, while maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal team members.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable coordinating across systems, vendors, and customer environments to ensure smooth execution and positive customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Customer ERP Implementation & Coordination
  • Lead and coordinate customer ERP implementation projects from onboarding through go‑live
  • Manage implementation timelines, task tracking, and communication with customer stakeholders
  • Direct internal resources to ensure successful configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Act as a primary point of contact during implementation phases and early post‑go‑live support
Commercial Purchasing & Resale Support
  • Manage purchasing activities for items sold to customers
  • Maintain accurate product pricing updates from distributors
  • Handle distributor return authorizations, warranty claims, and related follow‑up
  • Coordinate purchasing data and pricing integrity with sales and finance teams
Customer Payment & Merchant Interface Management
  • Manage ERP integrations with customer credit card and merchant processing systems
  • Coordinate new merchant account setups and processor transitions
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer payment interface issues
  • Serve as liaison between customers, payment processors, and internal technical support
Fulfillment & Order Support
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving for customer orders and device deliveries
  • Ensure accurate documentation, tracking, and communication related to shipments
  • Support timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
Customer & Internal Relationship Support
  • Provide responsive, professional support to customers across implementation and service areas
  • Assist internal team members with process questions, system coordination, and follow‑ups
  • Build trust‑based relationships through consistent communication and problem resolution
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist with documentation, process improvement, and system enhancements
  • Support cross‑functional initiatives as business needs evolve
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of company objectives
